On some unrelated problems about planar arrangements of lines

Rom Pinchasi

We start with the following result: Given an arrangement of n lines in general position in the plane, there always exists a simple closed n-gon whose n edges lie on the n different lines, respectively.

As time permits we introduce one or two additional results on planar lines arrangements.
