I will present work that my group has been conducting in three areas: (a) Planning and analysis of microarray studies to identify expression profiles that distinguish different pre-specified cellular phenotypes; (b) Methods to evaluate the robustness of cluster analyses of samples for discovering new classifications; (c) Experimental software platforms we have developed for integrated analysis of microarray data.
