Motivated by the strong cosmic censorship conjecture, we study precise late-time tails for solutions to wave equations on asymptotically flat spacetimes. We develop a general method for this problem in odd spatial dimensions. In particular, we reprove Price's law type results on stationary spacetimes. Moreover, our method applies for dynamical spacetimes. We show that in the dynamical case, the late-time tails are in general different from the stationary case. This is a joint work with Sung-Jin Oh (Berkeley).
