The CMB primary anisotropies are contaminated by secondary anisotropies
such as the Sunyaev-Zel'dovitch (SZ) effect (thermal and kinetic) or by
foregrounds such as interstellar clouds. A main issue is then to
disentangle between those fluctuation and the primary ones. The
multiscale transfoms can allow this discrimination and seem the best
tools do do it properly. In this frame the kurtosis seems to be the most
efficient measure of non-gaussianity. Moreover the statistical
properties of the signal can be used in the transform space to perform
efficient component separtaion: example on the Kineticc SZ and on
infrared spectra of the martian surface will be shown.
