Neural mechanisms of intelligence 3

Most of us think that humans are intelligent, though the precise metrics of intelligence are intensely debated (e.g. mastery in chess, go, GRE etc.). Most of us would agree that intelligence can exist without language, and hence can exist in animals too, where one can precisely measure the neural mechanisms of intelligence, to uncover the underlying algorithms. These will be discussed.
